Review:
If you liked the first, then you will love this! There is a darker atmosphere this time and more characters are introduced including Gilderoy Lockhart (Kenneth Branagh as hilariamente), Draco Malfoy's father, Lucius (a great performance by Jason Isaacs, exactly how I imagined the characters in the book!) Rons father, Arthur, and the mysterious Dobby, the crystal (luckily it is nowhere near as boring as the other characters in other CG films, but I will not be mentioned names ... * cough * JarJarBinks * cough *) The film is close to the novel, but the film ultimately lost some scenes where you can learn more a little bit about the characters, about the relationship of hate and enmity between Harry and Professor Snape (who was severely underutilized in the this film!) in all its definitely worth checking out, the running time of 160 minutes seems a bit long, but it does not seem to be shortening i when you're viewing. This way, you do not leave until the credits end, otherwise you will lose a bit more treatment ...
