Review:
Yes, everything you've heard is true. Evaluation is part of pop culture. Internal conflict is well known. But shock is nothing like the experience of itself. If you have not seen this movie, do yourself a favor. Stop reading thse comments, get up, take a shower and then go download this file. Buy it, not rent. You will not regret it.Psycho easily the best horror thriller of all time. Nothing even close ... Perhaps, Les Diaboliques (1955), but not really.Psycho has one of the best scenarios you will never find in the film. Movies only downside is that one of the characters seem to have little motivation in the first act of the film, but as the story unfolds, you realize that Hitchcock (GENIUS! genius genius!) At the stroke of genius was on purpose, because there is still one character motivations that are even more important. It is very important. It is therefore important that you completely forget about anything else. I was lucky enough to have a life wisely avoiding any talk about the plot of this film until I was able to see in full. Thank God I did! The film is probably the best mid-size and climatic turning point in the history of the thriller, and certainly the best end-directed. The last few rounds of cooling and leave lingering fear in the audience as well as letters mind.Just Hitchcock's direction is so outstanding that defies explanation. Suffice to say that this film is probably the best directorial film director best history. I was lucky enough to see this movie on the big movie house Oldtime wake of Hitchcock. Janet Lee, still beaming, spoke before the film and explained how Hitchcock's genius was in his ability to 1) scare without blood, and 2) leave a mark deep into the film without overshadowing its actors (the great Jean Renoir could never do). Psycho obviously has its own phenomenon, despite the known talents involved.Hitchcock not bother leaving his trademark black humor. His brilliance makes top that is both scary and fun. When I saw it in the theater and the audience was gasping in disbelief while the thing laughing. One drop-on-the-floor ... Tony Perkins. Janet Lee received a well-deserved award for this film, but it is Perkins gives what remains the best single player in the horror film. It is so understated that brillance through. He becomes the character. Brillance himself the role of evidence inept players in Gus Van Sants 1998 (God make it stop!) Shot for shot remake. Although the films are almost identical, superior Hitchcock mainly due to the action and atmosphere (a terrible lost to the color). It became apparent initial conversation between Leigh and Perkins character, main stage. Perkins original luster shines even brighter when compared with the destruction in the remake though the words and arrows were exactly the same. The key chemical in this scene is lacking in giving everything away and Mars remake our understanding of upcoming events. The fact that Perkins never could escape this role - the star stopped its rising star, as it did in 50 years - to prove that he had the role, apparently, too well.In continue to use the word brilliant, but I can not hide his enthusiasm for the film. It is completely in contrast to the bloated, overbudget, often spewing down too long in Hollywood today. Psychoanalysis is simple, accurate and well just right length.Eleven and a half out of ten stars.
